Belated Eid Mubarak!

Eid Mubarak! This is Yumna in her Eid outfit.. we had a fairly quiet Eid this year because all of us were under the weather.. Atif, Saqib, Yumna and I went to my Mom's place on Friday for a dinner party. Yumna had a great time, she got to see her Khala who was visiting from Waterloo, and got lots of Eid presents. Lucky girl!

After talking to Saira, it turns out that some of the Waterloo gang have stumbled upon this totally unused blog. I set it up one day with the intention of sending it out to all of Yumna's family and friends with regular updates on what is happening with her, but never got around to it... I think it would be a good idea to start again.


Yumna has become really active.. she's crawling around and can get from one end of the family room to the other in seconds.. it's suprising how active she is considering neither Atif or I are athletic, but I think she might have a future in sports! She must get that from her Saqib Thaiya.. he'll probably have her playing hockey in two years! She's definately got the outfit for it from her Shashi DeeDee and Aghajee.
